Homesite Committee

The Haida Corporation 14(c)(3) Homesite Committee members are Lisa Lang, Anthony Christianson, and Vince Jameson.

The primary purpose of the Committee is to further develop and finalize recommended action to the Haida Corporation Board of Directors, regarding the existing Haida Corporation shareholder homesite plan, approved by a special shareholder meeting during June 1999.

Another primary function of the Committee has been the identification and development of Haida Corporation lands that will be proposed as a settlement of our ANCSA 14(c)(3) obligations, which may include any remaining surface estate of the improved land on which the Native village is located and as much additional land as is necessary for community expansion, and appropriate rights of way for public use and other foreseeable community needs.
